Consultancy fees

Starting from £30 per hour plus 20% VAT = £36 total per hour

Client Records

Kate Reynolds has a duty to keep records of any consultations. All information will be anonymised, thereby ceasing to be ‘personal data’ with its associated legal requirements and protection, since any means of identifying the person concerned has been genuinely and irreversibly removed.

Rights of clients

• To be informed of and understand the extent and limitations of the confidentiality offered in the consultation
• To know the process of making and keeping records in an anonymised way by the consultant
• To know how the anonymised records will be made and kept and have access to them and when they will be retained/destroyed/disclosed
• To be informed the circumstances when the consultant may need to breach confidentiality
• To be informed when the consultant is about to breach confidentiality unless there are defensible reasons why this cannot be done. For example, in cases of child protection, suicide risk, immediate risk of serious harm to self or others or terrorism
• To know that records will only be shared on a need-to-know basis
